Faith I have faith in God to direct my way.
Friday, January 30, 2015
In the past, I may have trusted limited ways of thinking or sources outside of myself for direction and understanding. But now I have faith in the Christ Presence within—God in me—to lead my life in the right direction. God is within me always. I can trust Spirit with my life.
When challenges arise, or if questions and fears come to mind, I keep my faith in the Christ Presence. In my prayers, I ask for the next step. With confidence, with poise, and in peace, I follow the way that is made clear.
If I have more than one choice, I trust in Spirit to help me choose wisely. As I walk in faith, my way becomes clear.
Jesus said to him, “Receive your sight; your faith has saved you.”—Luke 18:42

Harmony My body reverberates in harmony with Spirit.
Tuesday, January 27, 2015
Unity cofounder Charles Fillmore taught that the body is like a musical instrument. When attuned to Spirit, it radiates the health and harmony of Divine Mind. I attune my body by quieting my mind and aligning my consciousness with the one thought of God. As I breathe, I become aware of my oneness with Spirit—my innate wholeness. I sense the still, small voice reverberating from the depths of my being.
This vibration of Divine Love is sweet music to my soul. It is a hymn of joy and peace sending currents of well-being throughout my body. Spirit’s melody radiates in, through, and as me. As I manifest wholeness and harmony in every cell of my being, I praise God in thanksgiving.
Clap your hands, all you peoples; shout to God with loud songs of joy.—Psalm 47:1

Benevolence I am appreciative, kind, and generous with others.
Saturday, January 24, 2015
Today I live with the intention to express to others my generosity, kindness, and appreciation.
I am grateful for the presence of my loved ones. I cherish the good moments and the difficulties that help us grow. As I appreciate others, I also feel better about myself.
Because I value others and myself, I am kind. In my thoughts and actions, I treat myself with gentleness, and I extend that kindness in my relationships. As I cultivate gentleness, my spirit expands. Out of kindness and appreciation for others, I am generous. I take every opportunity to give of my time, talent, and treasure. As I cultivate benevolence, I grow in the love of God.
You will be enriched in every way for your great generosity, which will produce thanksgiving to God.—2 Corinthians 9:11

Happiness In this moment, I am enough and I have enough to be happy.
Thursday, January 22, 2015
Whatever happens in my life, I can experience happiness within me. I deserve happiness and I am worthy of love. I am joyful when I am content with myself and connected to others.
I let go of what might have been as well as past mistakes. By forgiving myself and others, I clear away barriers to giving and receiving love. When I release the past, I choose happiness and freedom. I feel the love of God enfolding me. I trust my Creator withholds nothing good from me. I appreciate the blessings in my life and claim the good still unfolding.
Whether I am praying alone, playing with friends, or planning an adventure, I am content with myself and with others. In this moment, I am enough and I have enough to be happy.
O Lord of hosts, happy is everyone who trusts in you.—Psalm 84:12

Pray for Others I pray for others with faith and gratitude.
Wednesday, January 21, 2015
When praying for others, I center myself in the awareness of God within me. I remember that God is also within those for whom I pray. I affirm my faith in the power of prayer and give thanks for the activity of Spirit in all situations.
If I am tempted to worry, I realign my emotions, thoughts, actions, and words, for they are part of my prayer. When I pray for a loved one’s healing, I visualize them whole and healthy. When I pray for a friend seeking a job, I imagine them gainfully employed in fulfilling work. Praying for the people of the world, I imagine Divine Love, Light, and Life at work in their lives.
Filled with faith and focused on gratitude, I live in prayer for others.
Devote yourselves to prayer, keeping alert in it with thanksgiving.—Colossians 4:2

Guidance Spirit guides my every step.
Tuesday, January 20, 2015
Sometimes I am unclear about my purpose and direction in life. I may feel confused, stagnant, or lost. When this happens, I turn within and listen to Spirit guiding my every step.
I release any worry about the future and trust the still, small voice in my heart. I ask for the next small step, and take action.
A baby who has just learned to stand does not know he or she is also building the necessary skills to walk, run, and dance. Like the infant, I may not understand how the steps I am taking now will serve as the foundation for my journey. I have faith as Spirit within guides my choices. As I listen and follow my inner guidance, I know I am on the right track.
Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.—Psalm 119:105

Divine Order As Divine Order unfolds, I am at peace.
Monday, January 12, 2015
We often say “Divine Order” to reassure ourselves that all will work out in the end. Regardless of how circumstances unfold, I have control over my inner world. I create a space for peace inside me. When I become quiet and turn within, I feel the peace of eternal reassurance. I choose a calm state of mind by closing my eyes, breathing deeply, and letting go of busy or fearful thoughts.
In this place of inner peace, I sink further into the Presence of God. I know Divine Order prevails. As I go about my day and interact with others, I access this same peaceful Presence. No matter how circumstances evolve, I live in Divine Order—from the inside out.
Great peace have those who love your law; nothing can make them stumble.–Psalm 119:165
