"Another day of almost non-stop crying but things are looking better this evening. I drove over to the LL Bean store in Freeport, Maine this afternoon and cried the whole way. . . . . I wonder if I could get a ticket for crying while driving. I don't think I should do THAT again or have such crying jags either. I believe there is power within to rise above this agony but my emotions just aren't paying much attention. My good friend, C.Ann, says "grieving is just one bad day after another". I don't really feel that way but can understand what she is saying. Now, who could have guessed this art blog would turn into a blog about grief and loss? Tomorrow is another day."

Nora - If you have to cry, cry. Cry some more. I admire your spirit to go out into the world. Cry with your friends. Cry and paint what ever shows up on the canvas. Smile when you can, and laugh if you have the opportunity. Bless you and stay well ... I wish you comfort in this terrible time of loss.
