Nora, I've come here after reading your comments on my blog. You have come a long way since your first post!!
I like it that you're also venturing out in modern art (I think it will give you an extra edge). Coming from Holland, I am more steeped in modern art, so my style is kind-of in-between-van Gogh and Picasso (so have people told me).
Am glad you are still able to paint while your husband's health is frail! (
it obviously takes time away from painting when you need to take care of him).
Don't fear the future, Nora! God takes care of the widows and orphans (although I hope that that is still a long way off!)
Yeah, that move (house)was very distracting for my painting, but hopefully I am back on track again...
Wow!!! Will be pretentious to comment a length bat to express my admiration“ magnifique” yow now well the inroads of the imagination Nora .Allow me to follow.
Hi Nora! Those Paper Roses look yummy. I have been on the computer too much the last few days, so I have not been able to try the textured medium we talked about. We also just got a new dog!
Jeannette - My husband, Karl, is much weaker but 8 months have gone by since I brought him home from the hospital with Hospice and we're thankful for everyday we've had and we want more. Since Karl sleeps more than 18 hours out of 24 I have plenty of time to paint.
Gilberto - You are always so kind. I'm glad you're following.
Carol - I know what you mean by too much time on the computer. It can rob us of painting time if we let it.
Nora
