OPA 2009 Eastern Regional Exhibit / Nora Kasten
The next morning the great painter and OPAM member, C.W. Mundy gave an excellent art demo for a "sold out" performance. As always, C.W. delivered the best instruction along with the science of painting to us and what a privilege it was for me to be there. As most of you know . . . my husband, Karl, is in very fragile health and for the last six months I have not left him (didn't want to). My youngest son, Jason, and his wife, Leticia, drove the three hours down to our home in Naples early Friday morning, moved in and took over the complete care of Karl so I could leave. They did so many things while they were here and Karl said they were so good to him he was afraid he had gotten spoiled. What a blessing the children are to me and I can't thank them enough.
Now, I'm excited to get back to painting.
