"Karl's nephew, Chris and my son, John are here for a couple of days for a visit. Karl says he doesn't want visitors but late tonight, in his halting speech, he tried to tell me how very much he had enjoyed their visit today and wanting me to be sure to let them know. We are still hoping Karl will come through this, make some progress and come home again. One day at a time is how we survive and I can't thank you all ever enough for your support and prayers."

Hi Nora,
Its been a busy stretch here with Don's workshop. I haven't been blogging lately. I think of you often, knowing how much fun it would be to have you here joining us. And then my thoughts go to what you are actually doing... and I pray Karl will improve enough to take him home. I wish you the best and do hope this wish of yours is realized.
I sure hope that I can see one of your paintings in person some day. I'm so glad that I have had the pleasure of finding such a grand artist to watch online. Thanks.
