Unity cofounder Charles Fillmore taught that the body is like a musical instrument. When attuned to Spirit, it radiates the health and harmony of Divine Mind. I attune my body by quieting my mind and aligning my consciousness with the one thought of God. As I breathe, I become aware of my oneness with Spirit—my innate wholeness. I sense the still, small voice reverberating from the depths of my being.
This vibration of Divine Love is sweet music to my soul. It is a hymn of joy and peace sending currents of well-being throughout my body. Spirit’s melody radiates in, through, and as me. As I manifest wholeness and harmony in every cell of my being, I praise God in thanksgiving.
