Guidance I listen to my inner guidance. Thursday, February 18, 2016 As I sit quietly in prayerful reflection and center myself in my heart space, I discover everything I need to know. Extraneous concerns pass away. My breath moves in and out gently and evenly. Whatever the perceived problem in my life, I know that right now I am in the presence of the spiritual resource that answers every need. This perfect place of rest contains everything necessary for me to proceed with perfect grace and clarity. If a question comes to mind, I ask it and then release it, trusting that the right answer will come forth. My question may be answered in a dream, a book, a word, a quiet knowing. FAITH

I have faith in God as my guide.

A bird in flight glides on rising air currents and follows its inner navigation to its destination. The bird has learned to let go of fighting the wind. Instead, it harnesses this energy and flies high.

Placing my faith in the wisdom of Christ within, I discover I, too, can soar. I rise above any situation and release any need to know what, when, and how all will unfold. I trust God to sustain me, protect me, and strengthen me along my journey.

Prayer moves me directly into the current of Spirit. As I faithfully use my energy to work in harmony with Spirit, I am blessed beyond all imagining.

I have faith in God as my guide.

Growth I continue to grow in spiritual awareness. Tuesday, May 5, 2015 As an adult, I have stopped growing physically, yet I have many opportunities to grow emotionally and spiritually. Willingness to consider new ideas is key to my growth now. A plant grows in the right conditions and with proper nourishment. Similarly, I grow as I feed my mind and spirit. I pray and meditate regularly. I read uplifting books and articles. I may take part in classes and workshops to expand my spiritual understanding. As I grow, I broaden my awareness of what is around me and within me. I become mindful of beautiful serendipities in my life. I learn to observe my feelings and thoughts, my actions, reactions, and responses. In all things, I see the presence of God. The child grew and became strong, filled with wisdom.—Luke 2:40

Heroic Aligned with Divine Mind, I boldly express my truth. Tuesday, November 11, 2014 Sometimes I’m unsure about what to do in a given situation. Circumstances may call for a particular action that does not feel right to me. Although I could simply do what others want me to do, I want to act from integrity. I choose to be true to myself. At times like these, I pray. I become quiet and listen for the still, small voice of Divine Mind. Aligned with Spirit, I receive the direction I seek and the wisdom I desire. I find the courage to do what is mine to do without doubt. Assured of God’s guidance, I move forward with confidence and conviction. As I bravely act in integrity, I feel at peace and trust in the perfect outcome for all concerned. Attuned to Divine Mind, I discover the truth that brings freedom.
