Saturday, August 20, 2016 Elisabeth Kübler-Ross wrote, “People are like stained-glass windows. They sparkle and shine when the sun is out, but when the darkness sets in, their true beauty is revealed only if there is a light from within.” I am guided by divine light, in good times and in difficult times. This light illumines my path and gives me the inner strength and confidence to move forward without fear or concern. As I become more attuned to divine light, I become more insightful and intuitive. I am more conscious of God’s direction, leading me to wise choices. With my path illumined, I am confident that all will be revealed to me at the right time and in the right way. For it is the God who said, “Let light shine out of darkness,” who has shone in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.—2 Corinthians 4:6

Whether I’m consciously aware of it or not, my life is continually guided step-by-step toward my best and highest good.

I begin by stilling my mind then trusting in divine wisdom to see me through any seeming obstacle. Resting in a comfortable position, I close my eyes. With deliberation, I shut out the outside world. Like a fog lifting, my mind clears, and I tune in to God’s message for me. I remain open to divine direction.

With a willingness to listen, I now hear the still, small voice within. This divine whisper of encouragement guides me on my spiritual journey. Through sacred listening, I gain clarity to take inspired action. I am blessed.

Now the Lord said to Abram, “Go from your country and your kindred and your father’s house to the land that I will show you.”—Genesis 12:1

Guidance I listen to my inner guidance. Thursday, February 18, 2016 As I sit quietly in prayerful reflection and center myself in my heart space, I discover everything I need to know. Extraneous concerns pass away. My breath moves in and out gently and evenly. Whatever the perceived problem in my life, I know that right now I am in the presence of the spiritual resource that answers every need. This perfect place of rest contains everything necessary for me to proceed with perfect grace and clarity. If a question comes to mind, I ask it and then release it, trusting that the right answer will come forth. My question may be answered in a dream, a book, a word, a quiet knowing. Spirit has infinite ways of communicating, and I am open to them all. O send out your light and your truth; let them lead me; let them bring me to your holy hill and to your dwelling.—Psalm 43:3

FAITH

I have faith in God as my guide.

A bird in flight glides on rising air currents and follows its inner navigation to its destination. The bird has learned to let go of fighting the wind. Instead, it harnesses this energy and flies high.

Placing my faith in the wisdom of Christ within, I discover I, too, can soar. I rise above any situation and release any need to know what, when, and how all will unfold. I trust God to sustain me, protect me, and strengthen me along my journey.

Prayer moves me directly into the current of Spirit. As I faithfully use my energy to work in harmony with Spirit, I am blessed beyond all imagining.

I have faith in God as my guide.

Saturday, November 21, 2015 Every moment of every day brings the opportunity for new choices. The freedom to choose what I think, say, and do can be a liberating joy. On the other hand, the options for how to live my life may seem overwhelming. Should I go back to school? How can I serve humanity? From everyday events to major life changes, I have choices to make. If I rely solely on my mind to endlessly weigh pros and cons, I may feel lost in a sea of possibilities. Instead, I turn to my internal guidance system. God’s guidance is always available to me. As I contemplate major life choices, I move from my head to my heart. I pray and patiently wait for the still, small voice within. Spirit guides me to my highest good. When the Spirit of truth comes, he will guide you into all the truth.–John 16:13

Let Go, Let God I let go and open my mind and heart to guidance from God.

Tuesday, September 15, 2015 I may push myself to near exhaustion. When this happens, Spirit guides me to rest my weary brain and body. As I let go, the wall built from my “do-it-all-myself” attitude begins to crumble. With the first opening, the light of God shines through. The words of Jesus come to me: “I am with you always.” I relax in the awareness of Spirit within me. My breath anchors me and I release my tight hold on challenges and circumstances. Letting go brings down the perceived wall of separation. Divine love, wisdom, and understanding flow in me. I am open to receiving God’s help. By consciously letting go and letting God, I keep the channel open for answers, guidance, and love, assuring me I am never alone. And remember, I am with you always, to the end of the age.–Matthew 28:20

"Early this year I decided to replace my kitchen oven because it was so old, used and much too small.  I began searching for the right oven that would go in the space available but nothing came together for me.  Knowing not to go forward until receiving the "go ahead" feeling or sign, I just let it go.  Always, that is the right thing to do and I am so glad I listened to the Still Small Voice within because the Universe has a whole new kitchen for me and not just a make do.  

Almost two weeks ago the project began and the new cabinets are being delivered tomorrow, Monday, July 6.  Chris, the best carpenter in the world, will begin right away installing and he's promising to have my new kitchen finished by Friday, July 10.  The new appliances are all GE's "Slate" line and they are scheduled to be delivered on Thursday, July 9.  Sometime before that the new granite countertops will be installed.  It is all very exciting and believe it or not, there has been little or no stress."

I find a quiet place to connect with God—perhaps I sit on a rock near the water, a park bench, or on my patio. I settle into meditation. I breathe in the fresh air and let go of any worries. Spirit renews me with each breath. I open myself to fresh perspectives. I see myself whole, strong, and full of vitality. I am rejuvenated! Guidance I turn to God for guidance and understanding. Thursday, June 25, 2015 W e have information at our fingertips thanks to smartphones and the Internet. I may be tempted to rely on technology as my one-stop shop for help with every decision. However, for personal direction, I always start with the most important and reliable source of guidance—God. Spirit in me has the answer to every question. My process of asking for guidance begins with the release of any perceived limitations or stressful feelings. As I relax in the Silence, I listen with my heart, mind, and senses. My inner voice speaks lovingly and my guidance is clear. Centered in God, I am awake to the guidance I seek. "After many years of controlling the pain of Peripheral Neuropathy, I am once again laid low with it.  Resting most of a 24 hour day is what I do and it helps me.  When trying to do otherwise, the price is too high to pay.  I will recover from this as I did before but please understand why I have not been available and won't be until this greatly subsides."

Guidance Divine guidance is always with me. Monday, February 9, 2015 I am a student of life and God is my teacher. My Divine Teacher instructs me in all I need to know at the right time. The course of study is lifelong, sure, and true. I embrace the joy and fulfillment of learning. My Teacher shows me the way and supports me in new situations. When a life lesson comes, I take time in the quiet and listen to my divine guidance. I open my heart to the still, small voice and ask what path to follow, and what I need to learn. As I listen within, I hear the words “This is the way.” I am gently guided to my highest good. As I recognize and understand my lesson, I give thanks for my growth. I am never alone. Guidance Spirit guides my every step. Tuesday, January 20, 2015 Sometimes I am unclear about my purpose and direction in life. I may feel confused, stagnant, or lost. When this happens, I turn within and listen to Spirit guiding my every step. I release any worry about the future and trust the still, small voice in my heart. I ask for the next small step, and take action. A baby who has just learned to stand does not know he or she is also building the necessary skills to walk, run, and dance. Like the infant, I may not understand how the steps I am taking now will serve as the foundation for my journey. I have faith as Spirit within guides my choices. Be strong and courageous!—Daniel 10:19 Spirit Message received by Suzanne Giesemann this morning Body, mind, and spirit … in this reality in which you find yourself, they work together.  Spirit and mind express themselves through the body.  You say, “Listen to your body.  What is it telling you?”  This is good advice, but the body does nothing on its own.  You are far more than the body.  It is directed by the other two team members.  Spirit is at work all the time and all around you, but in this dimension it is often unnoticed without body and mind.  Mind appears to make decisions and choices, but these are for naught if not impelled by spirit and enacted by body.   All is a team effort, as is everything in your world.  Were it not for your personal team’s interactions with other teams around you, little would be accomplished and growth would be stymied.  Listen to your body.  Use your mind to make the highest choices.  Honor the spirit, and then see these three aspects in all around you.  This view changes things, and change—most especially in the direction of growth toward love—is the name of the game.

"This painting was painted by looking at the photo I had taken of Karl.  We had only been in our home, "Pine Haven" on Lamb Lake for about 10 months then.  I'm sorry that I destroyed this painting but so glad there is still an image of it.

Some of you know and some of you don't that since January 14, 2013, I have been meditating and writing every morning.  On January 18, 2013, Karl came to me.  I saw him and he gave me many words, a message, that I hold most dear.  That was over 1 year and 7 months ago.  Since then I have received messages daily from Karl and my guides.  It is time to share with those who have an interest.

Usually, I don't receive my messages in rhyme and yet lately that is what is so often happening.  I don't record or transcribe my words or questions I have written before the message arrives from the guides . . . . you see, Karl is also a guide.  I received a message in rhyme  this morning but I would like to share this one I received on Wednesday, 8-20-2014 with you first."

I am innately whole and healthy. Divine Life is real, abiding, and eternal, and I am Life in expression. To experience the fullness of Life, I first realize that I live, move, and have my being in the universal life flow of God.

I center my feelings, thoughts, and words on Oneness and the perfect Life within me. I feel and know Life is present and available to me in all its fullness. When my mind is focused on the divine idea of wholeness, I am in conscious harmony with the rhythm and flow of Divine Life. I demonstrate wholeness in mind and body.

Wholeness is my true nature and my birthright. I confidently claim it by affirming: Life, sweet Life!

Guidance

Spirit guides me in the right way.

Before I embark on a journey, I map the route to and from my destination. But life is not as easy to plan. Instead, I trust Spirit within to guide me in the right way at the right time.

Present to each moment, I listen for the guidance I know is available to me. I do not worry about the future, for I know Spirit is leading the way.

I hear the guidance of Spirit when my mind is calm, so I spend time in the Silence each day. I listen for Spirit in the words of others, in Scripture, and in song. I hear Spirit speak to me in my heart. I am not anxious about making decisions, because I trust in Spirit to guide my way.

When you turn to the right or when you turn to the left, your ears shall hear a word behind you, saying, “This is the way; walk in it.”—Isaiah 30:21
